The space

This condo features;

• Stainless range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers.
• Coffee machine (drip+K-cup), toaster, blender, kettle, full kitchenware
• Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 50" HDTV with HD Cable, direct door to master bathroom
• Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping 2. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway
• Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed
• HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi
• Coin operated laundromat on the same floor
• Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
• Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code. You can also set up your own 3-6 digit code.
• 2 beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, make-up cleaners

Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets.

Guest access

Upon booking, you will get an information package with your confirmation. Your door code and more arrival information will be emailed/texted 7 days before check-in. Please make sure to have a cell phone number in your booking.

Other things to note

RESORT AND HOUSE RULES

• 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
• Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.
• No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
• Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
• Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
• We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.
• Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.
