1. Accepting these terms

By creating a Jaunt Direct account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup — including your name, email address, and phone number — and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. MyStay Rewards enrollment

Creating a Jaunt Direct guest account also creates a MyStay Rewards account for you, using the same name, email address, and phone number. MyStay Rewards points are promotional program credits. Point grants, earning rates, redemption thresholds, and program rules may change, and points carry no cash value except where a completed redemption expressly provides otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent stays, manipulate point earning, create duplicate accounts, or otherwise abuse the service or the rewards program. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud or abuse and withhold associated points.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version date on this page. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
