The space

Chalet Anna is fully remodeled to our very high standards with lovely furniture, gourmet kitchen and upscale bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances that you will need. Our hot tub is set into the back deck, where we have a BBQ Grill and table and chairs - all have a wonderful vista of the 10 Mile Range. Enjoy the fenced /grassed back yard in summer.

For those who prefer cozy surroundings, this Victorian style home will please. Situated on three levels, there is plenty of living space in this 2700 sq ft home.

The home has 2 decks and 2 balconies to allow you to relax and take in all the beauty of Summit County. The main deck leads off both the dining room and kitchen and features Adirondack chairs, table / umbrella / 4 chairs, grill and hot tub. The front deck is covered and has a lovely porch swing bench to enjoy the morning sun whilst having your coffee. Both the master bedrooms have a balcony - one faces the Mountains, the other High Street.

We have endeavored to make your stay at Chalet Anna as comfortable as possible and our amenities make all the difference. Sleep comfortably under our European style duvets; all the bathrooms have lovely plush towels and luxury Molton Brown toiletries. Separate hot tub towels provided. High speed Xfinity wireless internet access.

Not only does the home have a large flat screen TV in the living room, there is also a second living room downstairs with a wet bar and huge TV + playstation. The perfect spot for kids to play when the parents want to have so chill out time upstairs. All bedrooms have a ROKU streaming TV.

Other things to note

Ski area access

If you are bringing a car, then the various base areas have 15 minute drop off places - if someone wants to drive - then either pay to park or return to the house and take the free shuttle to a base area.

Many guests arrive by shuttle / do not have a car in winter. The house is on High Street, on the west side. We have a back gate, so suggest to leave through the back door into the alley behind the house - this is half a block from Ridge Street

Usually the free shuttle (The Trolley) runs along French St at Jefferson - this takes you to the ice rink and Peak 9 base area. Plus the Purple Route runs along French and Ridge to the base of the gondola/for Peaks 7 and 8 - this is closer to the house than the Trolley, but they've been switching up the routes the last couple of years.

We also have UberSki / Lyft

Our 'Management Fee' means that we can include $5000 Damage Protection with your stay. AirCover still applies. This added protection allows us to handle any accidental damage without requesting payment from guests, in most situations.
