Inside you'll find a theater room with a 70-inch TV, a game room with arcade games and a poker table, 15 smart TVs, a PS5, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, blender, hand mixer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and full cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware for up to 28 guests, plus bar seating for 5 and a large dining table. Other comforts include hardwood floors, granite countertops, an in-cabin washer and dryer, and fresh linens and towels.

Outside, you'll have a gas grill, mountain views, parking for 6-7 vehicles, and a lower-level patio with a fire pit.

As a guest, you also get free, exclusive access to the Smith Creek Resort amenities: a lazy river, infinity-style pool, splash pad, private cabanas, a pickleball court, mini golf, and an outdoor movie theater.
