The space

This comfortable, pet-friendly 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath townhouse offers 1,200 sq. ft. of living space across three levels, providing plenty of room for up to 6 guests. Located in the quiet Arrowhead Condos complex, you’ll enjoy a private, spacious stay while being close to everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer.

The ground floor features the primary suite with a queen bed, TV, private ensuite bathroom, and access to a deck, along with an attached one-car garage and an additional outdoor parking space in front. Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for six, and a cozy living room with a large TV, wood-burning fireplace, and private deck. This level also has the second bedroom with a queen bed and TV, as well as a full bathroom. The third level is the loft sleeping area, which includes two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of TVs in every bedroom and the living room, a wood-burning fireplace to keep warm in the winter months, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware, appliances, and essentials you need for your stay. The home also offers a private garage and one outdoor parking space, making it easy to accommodate your group.

Arrowhead Condos is a small, private complex centrally located in Mammoth Lakes. While there are no onsite amenities such as a hot tub, the property is within walking distance of the Green Line Shuttle, which takes you directly to Little Eagle Lodge. Arrowhead is a small private complex. There is no hot tub, pool or other amenities onsite. Excellent location to town. Guests can purchase a day pass at the Snowcreek Athletic Club located about 2 miles from Arrowhead.

The TOT in Mammoth covers important services such as snow removal, trash pickup, free transportation, road maintenance, public safety (police funding), parks maintenance, trails (helps to create and maintain walking, hiking and biking trails), Mammoth Lakes marketing, etc. The cleaning fee is also used to cover the costs of laundry service, housekeeping, and cleaning supplies for the unit.
