Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. ⭐️Our condo is around 900ft. Perfect fit for couples and small families that are ready to unwind and relax in a very quiet neighborhood, but still, walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and many popular attractions.

⭐️The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need such as: refrigerator , microwave, stove with oven, coffee machine (regular drip coffee maker), toaster and dishwasher.
If you don’t want to deal with the crowds in town you have all the necessary tools, pans and pots, plates and silverware to show your family and friends that you are a great cook.

⭐️In the living area is located a 4 person dinning table along with the kitchen area that holds 4 bar stools, perfect to entertain your friends and family while cooking.

⭐️The living room has a queen sofa bed (pull out) that can accommodate 2 people. Linens for sofa provided, in bedroom's closet.

⭐️In the living room you have a designated work space are, with a desk and chair for those who have tasks to do while vacationing.
From the living room you can access the washer and dryer as well, free to use during your stay.

⭐️1st bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, smart TV and private access to the bathroom with walk-in shower.

In the closet you’ll find a small ironing board and iron.

⭐️2nd bedroom has queen size bed as well, smart TV and a dresser, so you can easily store your clothes and items during your stay.

The 2nd bathroom is common and you can easily access it from the smaller bedroom or living room. It has a tub, for your convenience.

⭐️For the bathrooms we provide you: hand soap, shampoo, body wash, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer. 🚶‍♂️The condo is close to downtown, restaurants and bars, kids friendly activities and several hikes in the National Park. Wonderful balcony views over the mountains, Space Needle and surroundings.
🎆 During the holiday season (New Years/ 4th of July) you can watch the fireworks straight from your balcony avoiding the craziness downtown Gatlinburg.
