The space

Cozy 350 sf studio offers a private entrance, a comfortable king-sized bed, premium Comphy® linens, a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and smoothie blender. 43" UHD Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy meals at the indoor table and chairs, or step outside to the tropical patio with a grill and concrete table.

While there is no laundry facility in the studio, guests can do light laundering in the multi-purpose sink. The Bunny Hole supplies dishes, cutlery, and glasses, as well as two backpack beach chairs and beach towels for guests. Please refrain from taking the bath towels to the beach.

The Bunny Hole is close to miles of scenic bike paths along the Scenic Highway.

For those with electric vehicles, the property offers Level 2 EV charging onsite. ($25 per fill up)

You have access to the Bunny Hole studio, the grill area, and ONE parking spot.

Please park straight into your spot. The other spots are reserved for other guests.

Other things to note

Quiet time after 10 pm in The Beach Bunny House. Not silent...just quiet. We will not tolerate loud partying in our home. Our county noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm - 6 am. 2 PERSON MAX ALLOWED.

Our county's quiet time ordinance is from 10 pm - 6am. Most vacationers are really great and respectful. In times where you encounter the loud ones near you, please do not hesitate to call the Walton County Sheriff's Office! They help enforce the ordinance.
