During your stay, you’ll enjoy complete and private access to the entire penthouse condominium. Make our beachfront condo your home away from home, where you can relax, unwind, and create unforgettable memories. For your convenience, you may arrive anytime after check-in using our simple self check-in process.

Interaction With Guests

We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self check-in experience. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message if you need any assistance or have questions to ensure your visit is perfect.

Other Details to Note
— Complimentary Beach Service: From March 1st to October 31st, complimentary beach service is provided and includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
— No On-site Pool: The building does not have a pool. The Gulf of Mexico is just steps from your door
— Accessibility: The penthouse is located on the fourth floor of a condominium building and is easily accessible via an elevator and stairs. While issues are rare, temporary outages can happen, so guests should be able to use the stairs if needed. Elevator service is controlled and maintained by the condo association and is not guaranteed. The host is not responsible for elevator service interruptions.

Other things to note

Before you book, we'd like to share a few key points to ensure our property is the perfect fit for your needs:

1. No pool on-site: While we don't have a pool in our complex, we are situated right on the beach, offering you direct access to the pristine waters of Crystal Beach.

2. Beach service: From March 1st to October 31st, we include complimentary beach service, which includes two comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella to enhance your beach experience.

3. BBQ Area: We have a shared barbecue grilling area near the waterfront, so you can enjoy a cookout with a view.

4. Accessibility: Our condo is located on the fourth floor of the building, which is accessible via an elevator and stairs.

5. Additional sleeping space: Apart from the king bed in the master bedroom, we have twin bunks in the living area suitable for children or extra guests.

6. Smoke-free environment: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the condo.

7. Service and support: We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service. We are always available to assist with any questions or recommendations throughout your stay.

8. Parking. Parking for one regular size vehicle per one-bedroom unit with parking pass. Overflow and oversize vehicles, (RVs & boats) directly across the street... All free ;) Parking pass will be provided.

Please note: Additional canopies are not allowed on the beach in this area, year-round. NO animals are allowed on the beach or inside Cabana Club 404. (Please don't ask for an exception.)
This condo is located on the top floor of a 4-story building with stairs and one elevator. Elevator maintenance is handled by the building association. While issues are rare, temporary outages can happen, so guests should be able to use the stairs if needed. The host is not responsible for elevator service interruptions.

We always strive to be able to offer an early check in. It takes the cleaning crew/maintenance a few hours to prepare the unit. Your cohost will message you if the unit is available for an early check in if it's much before 4pm.
