This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers.

The space

The Carriage house is a perfect space that sleeps 4-5 people. The first floor bedroom features a queen bed with an alcove off the bedroom and two twin beds. The full bathroom is also located on this level along with the washer and dryer. The 2nd level is where the living room and full stocked kitchen is located. We also have a large collection of DVD movies along with smart tv options. This level also has a queen blow up mattress for that 5th guests if needed. Enjoy the balcony that over looks the pool and neighborhood for a morning cup of coffee or evening dinner.

Guest access

Guest will have full access to the entire home as well as the neighborhood pool which is directly in front of the house.
