Snuggle on the couch watching a large TV or catch up on social media with free Wifi. Sleep in a comfortable king bed and enjoy a private bath. Walk to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Perfect for a vacationing couple or anyone in town for business. Includes beach chairs!

The space

Your rental includes the rental of two beach chairs and an umbrella at the closest (private) beach. This usually costs $50-100/day. Available in season only (March-October).

Please note

OCCUPANCY: Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 2. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by local authorities - You will also be asked to leave per city regulations.

NO SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a large fee and an increased cleaning fee.

NO REFUNDS: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Guest access

Guests will enjoy access to free parking, their own private entrance, bath, kitchen and deck. They may share the pool and walk to the beach.

Other things to note

The renter must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. This is the minimum age requirement. Please message with any questions.
