This Old East Dallas home is comfortable, fully stocked, and made for settling in, with a covered patio built for slow evenings: TV outside, Weber grill, Traeger smoker. Minutes from Uptown, Knox, and Lower Greenville, about 10 to downtown and Deep Ellum.

Inside there’s a chef’s kitchen stocked to actually cook in, a soaking tub, gig-speed WiFi throughout, and a two-car garage. Pet friendly too. You’re adjacent to Uptown — a 15-minute walk to Knox-Henderson and a short drive to Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Highland Park, SMU, and Downtown. DART rail nearby makes car-free trips easy, including to Fair Park for the State Fair of Texas. AT&T Stadium is about 25 minutes by car, DFW airport is roughly 25, and Love Field is 15.

The primary suite is a little spa moment all on its own — king bed, blackout curtains, private balcony, Frame TV, and a bathroom with an oversized rain shower and soaking tub. Bluetooth vanity mirror and a desk so you can get ready while listening to music or knock out a few emails in peace.

The second bedroom has two full beds, blackout shades, and a touch of British countryside charm. It shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a king bed, blackout shades, Frame TV, and a dedicated desk. Each bedroom has a sound machine and bedside USB/USB-C charging. The home sleeps 6 comfortably, with a rollaway twin memory foam bed for a 7th guest.

The kitchen is set up for real cooking — Bertazzoni gas range and oven, stand mixer, Staub Dutch oven, air fryer, Instant Pot, and chef-quality knives. Cabinet of oils, vinegars, and spices, plus a bar cabinet with a little splash of Fornasetti design. Fully stocked coffee and tea bar.

The dining table seats eight and flows into the bright living room with a 65” Frame TV, premium soundbar, a record player with handpicked vinyl, and original photography. Three workspaces throughout the house, including one with an external monitor and Bluetooth printer. AT&T 1-gig fiber keeps everything fast.

The covered patio is cozy with a color-changing gas fireplace, Samsung Terrace TV, ceiling fan, and soft seating. For grilling, you’ve got both a Weber gas grill for weeknight cooks and a Traeger pellet grill for low-and-slow Texas barbecue. Outdoor table seats 6, with Adirondack chairs.

Pet friendly, with dog blankets, bowls, and a few treats waiting. There’s even a doggy door to the backyard that fits small and medium dogs. If you’re bringing a pet, make sure to add them to your booking so we can have everything ready for them. Pups are welcome, up to two, with a $50 fee per pet. We just ask that you add them to your booking so our cleaning team can prep the house for four-legged guests. We’d love to keep pets off the furniture, so you’ll find dog blankets in the house. If your pup is a couch cuddler, just lay one down first. The doggy door opening is 11 x 16 inches, comfortable for dogs up to about 45-50 lbs depending on build. Bigger pups are still welcome, they’ll just need a human doorman.
