Prepare favorite meals in the sleek kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dinner with a spectacular view at the six-person dining table. A kitchen island also provides seating for two.

Occupying the entire top floor, the third bedroom is a loft that offers two queen beds, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. THINGS TO KNOW
Like most amenities in the area, Yampa View amenities are open from Labor day to Memorial day and Thanksgiving until the end of the ski season.
A private heated ski locker is located outside the front door.
The guest bedroom holds two twin beds that can be combined to make a king bed.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
This two-story condo is located on the fourth floor, accessible via three flights of stairs. An elevator is not provided.

Guest access

You'll enter through a keypad at the unit door. Enter your access code and press the circle button to unlock. If the code doesn't work, try again - after three incorrect entries, the keypad will lock for 10 minutes. To reset, hold the enter key for 3 seconds until the display clears, then carefully enter your code twice, pressing enter after each entry.

The unit is located in the lower building at Yampa View Condos. From the lower parking lot, take the stairs up four flights to reach unit 409.

Other things to note

You have access to the fitness center, a hot tub, and a sauna. The laundry room is located in the pool and fitness area in the upper lot.

The private heated ski locker is just outside your front door - the key is hanging on the coat rack inside.

Trash and recycling are in the lower parking lot. Please use the bear locks provided.
