• This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum.
• The cabin features parking for 2 vehicles.
• 4x4 drive is recommended for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin has paved roads all the way up, and without inclement weather, most vehicles are fine—but we still recommend 4x4 for safety.
• Electric fireplace is seasonal and operates approximately October–March, depending on the weather.
• Keurig coffee maker provided (bring your own coffee).
• Charcoal grill available (bring your own charcoal).
• Cabin includes WiFi and smart TV (no cable—bring your smart TV logins).
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
• One-night stays are welcome when available, but they may appear higher on a per-night basis because

each stay includes the same full cleaning and preparation. Longer stays usually offer a better nightly
value because those fixed stay costs are spread across multiple nights.
