Pet Policy 🐶🐾

We are happy to welcome your furry companions! To help keep our home clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, please review and follow our pet policy before booking.

Pet Fees

A $25 pet fee per night applies for each registered pet and will be automatically added to your reservation.

Maximum of 2 pets are allowed per reservation.

For stays longer than 7 nights, a $350 refundable pet security deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after checkout, provided there is no pet-related damage, excessive shedding, odors, or additional cleaning required.

Pet Registration ‼️

All pets must be declared and registered before check-in.
Bringing an unregistered pet into the property is a violation of our house rules and may result in a $500–$1,000 penalty, depending on the severity of the violation, along with any additional charges for damages, excessive cleaning, or fees incurred.

Pet Responsibilities

Please clean up after your pet both inside the property and in all outdoor/common areas.
Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved at all times.
Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless securely crated.
Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
Please keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture whenever possible. If your pet has been on furniture, kindly remove pet hair before checkout.
Do not use the property’s towels, linens, or blankets for your pet.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including scratches, stains, odors, chewing, or excessive shedding that requires deep cleaning.
Please bring your own pet supplies, including bedding, food bowls, crates, waste bags, and any other necessities.

For guest safety and community compliance, the following devices are in place:

• Exterior camera at the unit entry (no interior cameras).
• Noise monitoring device located in the living area hallway.
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed throughout the unit.

🚨 Violation Policy

• $300 Fine for Tampering with Devices: Any tampering with locks, smart devices, or building systems will incur a $300 fine.

🗑 Trash & Disposal

• Please dispose of all bagged trash properly and do not leave items in hallways or common areas.

⚠️ Dryer Notice (Important)
This building uses a ventless dryer, which works differently from standard dryers.

For best results

Set the cycle to Sanitary
Set the dry level to 3

At the end of the cycle, clothes may feel slightly damp — this is normal.
Simply remove them and hang or lay flat. They will fully dry within a few minutes when exposed to air.

To comply with LTV Tower community policies, please note the following:

• Club Room: Access is reserved exclusively for LTV Tower residents and is not available to short-term rental guests.

Pool Access: A maximum of 2 guest per apartment at any given time.

• Community Guidelines: Please respect all building amenities and community rules during your stay. Failure to comply with building policies may result in restricted amenity access, additional charges, or other actions in accordance with building regulations.

Building Amenity Hours & Guest Policy (32nd Floor)

Guests may access the gym and pool from 6:30 AM–11:30 PM only. The clubroom is not accessible to guests at any time unless accompanied by a current resident (not applicable to short-term guests). All amenity areas are monitored by cameras and key fob tracking. Guests found using the pool after hours, smoking in prohibited areas, or violating building rules may be removed from the property immediately, with no refund for the remaining stay. Please respect these hours and rules violations affect the host's ability to offer this unit.
