Welcome to our newly renovated, second-floor, high ceiling condo at Emerald Coast Miramar Beach.
-This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is just steps away from the beach and offers a poolside view for ultimate relaxation.
-The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, bath towels ONLY, a full-size mirror, and an iron. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper couch, perfect for up to 4 guests.
-Enjoy 2 Large-screen Smart TV for living room and Bedroom with Netflix, YouTube, and a selection of board games for entertainment.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, pots, and pans for your convenience. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer inside the unit, and basic toiletries to get your vacation started.

Step outside to your private patio and enjoy morning coffee with a lovely pool view. Guests also have access to the community pool, and free parking is available right outside the unit.

In the area, we recommend dining at Pompano Joe’s or Whales Tail, both offering beautiful beach views and just a short walk away. The Destin Commons Shopping Mall is only 10 minutes away, and you’ll find plenty of activities along Highway 98, including a water park, mini golf, bowling, Go-Kart riding, and golf courses.
