This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry and Salt and Lime is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Guest access

You'll check in at the front desk in the main lobby when you arrive. The front desk will issue you a key card that grants access to your unit and all amenities.

If you're arriving after hours, lockboxes are located in the vestibule just inside the first set of double doors on your left. Your unit is one floor above the front desk - use the stairs or elevator in the lobby and follow the signage to find your space.

Other things to note

The pool and hot tub are on the 1st floor in the center of the building, accessible through the glass doors. Your room key grants access, and towels are provided in a large enclosed bin in the pool area.

The fitness center is also on the 1st floor in the center of the building and requires your room key for entry.

Trash and recycling closets are conveniently located on every floor at both ends of the hallway.
