The space

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 612 square foot unit. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with dressers, a wardrobe, and closet for your belongings. The living room has a queen sofa bed. We have a pack n play if you are traveling with small children.

The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils, and has a Keurig coffee maker with provided tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The unit also has a full-sized washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided.

We have smart TVs in the bedroom and living room and provide subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video, and Peacock. If you use other streaming services, you can log into those as well.

We provide everything you need for a day at the beach, including an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, goggles, frisbee, and football. We provide a wagon to haul everything, so you don't need to make multiple trips!

Guest access

There is open parking in the complex. The beach is walking distance, but there is a parking lot if you prefer to drive.

Other things to note

Late check-out or early check-in may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. We just need enough time between bookings to clean the unit and prepare for our next guest. If you need an accommodation, please ask! Your comfort is my priority, and I'll do the best I can to accommodate special requests.
