· Ground-floor windows face the street and do not open - the Somfy blinds provide full blackout for privacy.
· AC is only available in the bedroom.
· TV is in the bedroom only; the living room is designed around the fireplace and reading corner.
· Animals welcome. $175 animal sanitation fee. Advance payment only. No animals on furniture or beds.
· Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
