Note: Community pool closed October-May Entire Cabin & Community outdoor pool (open seasonally typically May 1st - September 30th) The cabin is close to Gatlinburg and in a quiet cabin community, but you may still hear and see critters, including bears.

Parking: Paved area in front of cabin that would allow for 2 vehicles only. No Trailers Allowed.
No Pets Allowed – No Exceptions…we love our pets, but pets are not allowed to join you for your stay here. Please respect this policy. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
Hot Tub: use at your own risk, not recommended if you are pregnant or consuming alcohol.
No Refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ or other events that our beyond my control. Please refer to the cancelation policy for additional details.
