Brand new home, be one of the first to stay and experience luxury at its finest in this 11,000 sq. ft. mountain home with 8 bedrooms, 11 baths, and space for 18 guests. Perfect for large families,, or groups, this home features an elevator, indoor pool, game room, and theater. Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of Gatlinburg and Mount Leconte. Only 6 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. each of the eight bedrooms have an attached bathroom with shower. There are an additional 3 half baths with 11 bathrooms total.

Main floor has two master king Suites

The bottom floor has three king master suites and one bunk room with two beds, the bottom being a full mattress and the top being a full mattress.

Answers to Common Questions

1 How many refrigerators are in the house? There are two refrigerators: one is a large, commercial 4-foot-wide refrigerator located in the main kitchen on the main floor, and the other is a regular-size refrigerator in the downstairs kitchenette.
2 How many dishwashers are in the house? There are three dishwashers—two on the main floor and one downstairs.
3 Is ice provided? Both refrigerators make ice, but not enough for large groups. It is best to purchase bags of ice at the store.
4 Are there condiments or food items in the house? No, we do not leave food items in the house, including condiments, ziplock bags, or aluminum foil. Occasionally you may find these items if we’ve left them during a visit, but they are not guaranteed to be there.
5 Is there an oven and a cooktop? Yes, there is an oven and an induction cooktop on the main floor. There is not one downstairs. The cooktop requires induction-compatible pots and pans, which we provide. Cookware from home will only work if it is induction-ready.
6 Is there a microwave? Yes, there is a microwave on both the main floor and the bottom floor.
7 Is the water drinkable? Yes, the house is supplied with city water and it is safe to drink.
8 Do you have enough dishes and silverware for a large group? Yes, we provide enough plates, bowls, cups, and silverware for 18 people.
9 What type of small kitchen appliances do you have? We have a four-slot toaster, blender, electric griddle, electric skillet with lid, Instant Pot, Crock-Pot, hand mixer, baking supplies, casserole dishes, and serving dishes.
10 Is there a coffee pot? Yes, we have Keurig Duo machines on both the main and bottom floors. They can brew a full pot of coffee or a single cup.there is a permanent filter in the coffee pot. The machine uses K cup disposable pods as well.
11 Do you provide towels and sheets? Yes, we provide sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels (located near the pool). There are four full-size bath towels in each master bath. If you feel that you will need more during your stay there is a washer and dryer available in the house or you are welcome to bring some towels of your own.
12 Is there a washer and dryer? Yes, there is a washer and dryer on the main floor and another set downstairs. We also provide an iron and a steam iron.
13 Do you have hairdryers? Yes, there are hairdryers in every bathroom.
14 Do you provide paper products and soap? Yes, we provide a STARTER supply that will last a few days until you get to the store. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, hand soap, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, and a few trash bags. We do not provide shampoo or bar soap for showers.
15 Is there a grill? Yes, there is a 36 inch wide natural gas grill on the porch of the main floor.
16 Where are the fireplaces located? There are five gas fireplaces: one in the main floor living room, one in the downstairs living room, one on the main floor porch, and one in each of the two main floor bedrooms.
17 Are there DVD players or VCRs in the house? No, we do not have DVD players or VCRs. However, we have 11 brand-new smart TVs that support streaming, as well as Samsung and Spectrum TV channels. The theater room and both living rooms are equipped with surround sound.
18 Is there a highchair and a Pack ’n Play? Yes, both are available.
19 Are there baby gates? No, we do not provide baby gates.
20 Is there a lock on the pool room door? Yes, the pool room door has a deadbolt lock.
21 Is the pool heated? Yes, the pool is heated. And I can remotely change the temp from my phone. You tell me what temp you want it and I can change it anytime. The rest of the controls are on the wall to turn all the features on.
22 Is there a spa? Yes, the spa overflows into the pool.and heats up to 100 degrees
23 Does the elevator go to all floors? Yes, the elevator services all floors of the house.
24 How many beds are there? There are six king beds and three bunk beds. The three bunk beds consist of four full-size mattresses and two twin-size mattresses.

25 Do you have electric recliners? No, we do not have individual recliners (except in the theater). However, we have several reclining seats built into the sectional sofas in each living room.
26 Is there trash pickup? Yes, trash is picked up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the main road. There are four trash bins. Please take out trash every day or two. If you wait until the end of your stay, all the garbage may not fit in the bins. Most people
Place garbage in truck and drive it to the street.

We kindly ask that guest do not rearrange the furniture or decorations. Everything is placed, intentionally to maintain the comfort and aesthetic of the home.

There is an air hockey table, pool table and a stand up arcade machine with 100 games in it The entire home is available excluding the garage.
