★ This property is located in the mountains. 4WD may be needed during snowy / icy conditions, but is not necessary during normal conditions. Guest have access to the entire cabin! - You may check-in as early as 4pm and check out is by 10am!

• For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
• Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.
• Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.
• No RV or Trailer parking.
• Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal.
