Guest access

Guests will have full private access to the entire condo. Guests may also use Shores of Panama resort amenities, subject to resort rules, seasonal hours, availability, and any required resort wristbands or parking passes.

Owner closets, locked storage areas, and building staff/service areas are not available for guest use. Guests are expected to follow all Shores of Panama HOA, resort, pool, beach, parking, and quiet-hour rules during their stay.

Your booking includes the one-time $98 Shores of Panama resort registration fee, which includes up to 8 amenity wristbands and 1 reserved covered parking spot; there is no additional registration payment due at arrival.

High-rise resort note: Elevator traffic can be heavier during peak Saturday arrival/departure periods. In exchange, the 17th-floor location delivers elevated Gulf and resort views.

Resort improvement notice: Shores of Panama continues to complete exterior restoration work. Guests may occasionally see contractors, equipment, or experience daytime construction noise in portions of the resort. The condo and available resort amenities remain accessible unless otherwise communicated before arrival.
