This is our personal home, lovingly shared with fellow beach lovers. We ask all guests to respect the home, its contents, and the house rules. This property is not suitable for parties or late-night gatherings.

Heated Pool Fee: $50/day (must be requested & paid at least 48 hours before check-in). Pool maintained around 86–88°F, weather permitting.

Gas Grill: Must be cleaned after use or a $150 cleaning fee applies.

Pet Friendly: Dogs welcome (max 2, under 50 lbs each). $200 pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them. Failure to do so may result in a $150 additional cleaning fee.

Security Deposit: $500 hold required on all bookings. Details emailed within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Rental Agreement: Required for all bookings and sent within 24 hours of confirmation.

No Smoking indoors.

Security Camera: One Ring camera at the front door for check-in/out and security. Tampering results in immediate cancellation without refund.

Weather Policy: Refunds follow local evacuation orders only and are handled case-by-case.
