No smoking or vaping inside — $1,000 violation fee
Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture

➠ QUIET POLICY: Quiet hours are 9PM-7AM.

➠ ACCESS

The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

➠ USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS

Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

➠ FIREPLACES

Indoor fireplace is not intended fir guests use.

➠ PET FEES

Pets are considered on a case by case basis, with a pet fee of $50 per pet, per night. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.

➠ LIABILITY NOTICE

This rental home is privately owned. A security deposit of $300.00 and renter agreement is required for guests who book the home.

Guests must be aware that coverage can become spotty depending on weather in the area.
