Designed for up to 10 guests across two distinct units, this property delivers the rare combination of shared outdoor space and fully independent living quarters — each with its own kitchen.

The main house offers 1,337 sq ft of classic character updated with modern comforts — central AC and heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher, Keurig, wine glasses, and all the cookware and basics your group needs. The loft level adds a Double Bed and a dedicated desk Workspace — ideal for remote workers or anyone who needs to stay productive between adventures.

The 400 sq ft Detached Studio is located above the garage and accessible by exterior stairs. Fully self-contained, it has its own fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, 65-inch Smart TV with streaming, private Bathroom with shower, and comfortable sleeping for up to four guests. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard to find a private Pool, sun loungers, patio, and outdoor furniture — a shared oasis for the whole group.

Whenever our schedule allows, we're happy to accommodate an early arrival or late departure for a $60 fee. Please message us in advance to check availability.

🚗 Parking

A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation, including driveway and street parking.

Street parking must be on the curb directly in front of the house on the same side of the street as the property. Please do not park on the opposite side of the street or elsewhere in the neighborhood.

🚭 No smoking indoors: Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine.

🐞 Texas climate: Like many homes in our humid Texas climate, the occasional bug may find its way inside despite our monthly professional pest control service. Please help by keeping doors and windows closed when not in use.
