Other things to note

House Rules

• No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties, events, or large gatherings. This includes, but is not limited to, birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, bridal or baby showers, and large dinner parties with guests not staying at the property. If you are considering hosting an event, please do not submit a request.
• Guest Count: No more than 4 overnight guests. Please seek permission to invite outside guests ahead of time.
• Residential Consideration: This property is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. To ensure a peaceful environment, access to the house, deck, and pool is restricted to registered guests only. Outside guests are not permitted without prior consent.
• Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times, especially after 10 PM, in consideration of our neighbors.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• Treat with Care: We encourage you to treat this property with the same care and respect you would your own home.
• Pool Season: Pool will be "closed" 10/15-4/15 as the normal temperatures drop too low. Please inquire if you want the pool heated. The cost is $100 per day, but will be considered depending on weather conditions.
