Guest access

Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living room, and the private backyard movie setup. Free parking is available on-site. Self check-in makes arrival easy and convenient, allowing you to come and go as you please while enjoying complete privacy.

⚜Guests are responsible for following the house rules. Any damages, missing items, large parties, or rule violations may incur additional fees from $200-$1500 depending on the violation. Large parties will be immediately shut down and we will ask the guests to vacate the premise asap⚜

⚜If you plan on traveling with a dog, please let me know. Service dogs are welcome. ⚜

⚜ Please be advised that the host is only available from 10 am to 10 pmPST.⚜

⚜ If there is a pet that was not authorized to stay but noticed, there is a $200 penalty⚜

⚜ For the safety of our guests, we do have outdoor cameras installed⚜

⚜ Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.⚜

⚜No additional guests are allowed. ⚜

⚜FREE early check-in and late check-out (but depending on availability)⚜

For the guest's safety, there are live exterior cameras. Past recordings are not guaranteed to be saved and retrieved.

Cleanliness. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay. Attention to detail matters. I have mattress and pillow protectors.

Responsiveness. Communication is prompt and clear from booking to checkout.

Consistency. The space is maintained with care so guests can expect a comfortable, well-prepared stay each time.
