Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor backyard spaces. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of the townhouse, complete with all its entertainment features.

Enjoy a hassle-free stay with seamless access to the property. Here's what to expect:

🅿️ Parking: Ample space is available with parking on the driveway, making it convenient for multiple vehicles. Easily park 4 Cars/SUVs
🔑 Smart Lock Entry: Access the townhouse through a smart lock on the garage and smart lock on the front door—no need to worry about physical keys.
📲 Easy Check-In: Arrive at your convenience with a smooth self-check-in process. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival, ensuring a stress-free start to your stay.

Note: The first floor is garage, second floor(need to take stairs) has kitchen, living room, master bedroom, master bath and half bath, third floor (need to take stairs) has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is ensuite)

House Rules to adhere by

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

1) Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 7 AM, please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum.

2) No Parties or Gatherings: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. A heavy penalty will apply, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund.

3) No Smoking, Vaping, or E-Cigarettes: Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors or in the backyard. If evidence of smoking is found, a high fee will be charged, and ozone treatment will be required to eliminate the odor.

4) If you have any concerns regarding the neighbors, please contact us directly. Avoid communicating with them yourself.

5) Undisclosed Guests: A fee of $50 per person per night applies for any guests not listed on the reservation.

6) Tampering with Security Devices: Do not disable or tamper with outdoor cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitors. Violations will result in a heavy penalty and possible removal from the property without a refund.

7) Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be authorized in advance. A fee of $50 per hour applies if pre-approved. Unauthorized late check-outs or early arrivals will incur a $100 per hour charge.

8) Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per stay, and a $150 cleaning fee per dog applies to cover deep cleaning and maintain an allergen-free space. Dogs over 25 lbs require prior host approval. Any violations will result in a significant fine for cleaning and repairs. Service animals are welcome per Airbnb guidelines, but the $150 cleaning fee still applies for deep cleaning. We love hosting furry friends! 🐾 Just a gentle reminder to please scoop after your dog in the yard so all guests can enjoy the space. Really appreciate it!

🛁 Hot Tub Rules
Use Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
No Glassware near or inside the hot tub
Shower before use (remove lotions, oils, sand, or dirt)
A $300 cleaning fee applies if left in poor condition (excess dirt, debris, or foreign substances)
Replace cover & secure it after use. Keep the temperature at 98°F (max safe temp: 104°F)
Liability Waiver: By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and accept all risks and release the owner and host from any liability.

✔Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to utilize their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout.
