The space

Hey Y'all! Let's talk about the casa details. This casa is newly renovated, spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home combines modern comfort with rustic charm, offering a cozy and classy retreat.

1 - Primary Room: Sleeps 2 adults, Pack N Play
Spacious suite featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Perfect for families, it includes a pack 'n play for parents traveling with infants.

2- Second King Room: Sleeps 2
Thank goodness, there's a second KING in da house! I mean who doesn't like their space when they sleep?? Second bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet, offering lush forested views of the front landscape. Ideal for bird watching enthusiasts.

3 - Double Queen Room: Sleeps 4
Bunk the kids together in their own room! or those friends who like to snuggle, no judgement. Third bedroom with two queen beds and a walk-in closet, showcasing lush forested views of the front landscape. Perfect for kids to bunk together and enjoy nature.

4 - Single Queen: Sleeps 2
For those who want their own wing of the casa. Fourth bedroom with a queen bed located on the opposite wing of the home, offering views of the patio with an outdoor sectional and TV. Ideal for a cozy and relaxing retreat.

1 - Living Room: Spacious living room featuring a 75-inch TV, perfect for entertaining the entire family. Enjoy movie nights or catch up on your favorite shows in comfort and style. The couch is soooo comfy, made of memory foam. Feel free to take all the naps needed here. Also, there's in ceiling speakers which are connected to both the TV and a provided tablet readily available to play your favorite music, Spotify Premium included!

2 - Kitchen: Open kitchen concept with high-end appliances, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. This chef's delight is designed for both functionality and style. Even if you don't cook, it's still pretty to look at and have drinks around the large island.

3 - Extended kitchen: The butler's kitchen features a fridge, coffee station, microwave, and air fryer, perfect for convenience and culinary prep. It's also a fantastic spot for bird watching with its forested views.

4 - Dinning Room: Dining room featuring a stylish bar cart and a selection of complimentary board games for entertainment. Perfect for family dinners and fun-filled evenings.

1 - Turfed Side Yard

Step right into a fenced-in, turfed yard directly off the kitchen, perfect for supervised playtime for kids and dogs. This secure and convenient space ensures fun and safety for all.

PS: There's also speakers out here too, so bring your jams from inside to outside!! Enjoy a game of corn hole and relax while listening to music on the outdoor speakers. This perfect setup adds fun and ambiance to your outdoor gatherings.

Hammocks, say what?! Relax and unwind on the hammocks, perfect for soaking up the serene surroundings. Enjoy a peaceful retreat right in your backyard.

Outdoor pet area! There's an additional enclosed, turfed area designed specifically for your furry loved ones. This safe and secure space is ideal for your pets to enjoy the outdoors freely. They like to jam out too!

Welcome to your one-acre paradise, greeted by a charming front entrance surrounded by lush greenery. This tranquil setting offers a warm and inviting welcome to all who visit.

Guest access

When you book a stay at the Urban Cowboy Oasis, you'll have access to everything the property has to offer. Meaning this is a completely private experience with no shared spaces.

Enjoy 24-hour access with our electronic keyless entry system—no keys to lose! You can freely access the house and patio areas, except for the locked owner's storage room and some closets and cabinets marked private. Make yourself at home in our well-appointed vacation retreat. Welcome to your home away from home!

Other things to note

1 - Booking Reservation Request Reviews: All instant booking reservations are subject to a 48 hour Host review. Same day reservations may be subject to a later check-in time - ask Hosts. (last minute, same day reservations may require up to a three hour delay for checking in). Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions.

2 - Full Disclosure Policy: on the number of people on the property with video verification by property access (Exterior only security cameras). Tell hosts how many people sleeping over and how many visitors not sleeping over.

3 - Checkout details: Flexible time subject to other guest reservations and Host approval. Basic cleaning fee charged for professional deep clean between every reservation. Straighten up things some. Turn off all lights in whole house , close and lock doors and windows, and push the lock button on front door keypad. Report any damages.

Your safety is our priority. This property is equipped with exterior security surveillance cameras that monitor and record video and audio activity to ensure your security. Rest assured, your privacy is respected—there are no cameras in any indoor private areas or in outside private patio spaces.
