Juanderland is a 25' Airstream travel trailer with 2 twin beds, perfect for two people. A clean and modern aesthetic, the space is both inviting and comfortable, allowing you to rest and unwind when you're back from exploring all 30A has to offer. Walking distance to the beach and Seaside, bike-able to even more. The space has full kitchen and bathroom, indoor & outdoor shower (coming soon), outdoor dining and sitting area, and use of shared saltwater pool! Included are 2 bikes & beach gear.

Camp at the beach—in style! Juanderland is a 25' twin bed Airstream Flying Cloud with a clean, modern and coastal aesthetic. The space boast two memory foam twin beds, indoor and outdoor shower (outdoor shower coming soon), slo stove, lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, a private outdoor space, two beach cruiser bikes for getting around, Business & Pleasure beach gear (chairs + umbrella + soft cooler) and 1 dedicated parking spot. Whether a weekend getaway or a month long hiatus, you’ll feel right at home— freshly laundered linens and complimentary coffee/tea. TV, streaming and WiFi provided. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay and come back often!

Guest access

Enjoy your private oasis or take a dip in the shared saltwater pool! Grab the bikes and go for a ride into Seaside or walk to the beach with your gear in tow. Airstream comes with 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler, beach towels, outdoor lounging area and private outdoor shower (coming soon!).

Other things to note

We have 3 young children, and are social in the neighborhood, often with other children and neighbors around. You will see & hear us but we will always be respectful of your privacy. Also, we have an outdoor cat. He is strictly an outdoor 'barn' cat and should never be allowed inside.

Our property is not only home to us, but to 3 unique Airbnb’s: the Airstream, the Cottage and the Studio. Each has its own dedicated space but there are shared spaces as well, such as the pool, some parking areas and the bike storage area, etc. Interaction with other guests are likely.

Additional things to note

Guests: Please disclose prior to booking if you plan to bring children when it exceeds the 2 guest limit.

Parking: There is parking for one vehicle and it is not guaranteed we will be able to accommodate a second vehicle or trailer. Please let us know if you plan to have a second vehicle and we will do our best to accommodate you with some notice. Our neighbors offer paid parking for overflow, when available.

Pet policy: We can not reasonable accommodate any pet under any circumstances and therefore we do not make exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
