The space

Sitting just a block from the slopes, The Lodge at Steamboat A306 offers you the lifts of Steamboat Ski Resort right at your fingertips, not to mention the huge variety of shops, restaurants, and awesome activities available right at the base of the mountain! Better bring a strong sense of adventure, because there's going to be a lot to explore - and a few hot springs to relax in along the way! This open and spacious home features vaulted ceilings, rustic touches, and rich, warm colors. The deluxe kitchen features a breakfast bar with attractive barstool seating, while the adjacent dining area offers plenty of bench seating for up to six guests. Gather everyone into the living area to watch your favorite shows or movies on the large TV while you warm up the room with a crackling fire in the gas fireplace. You'll love taking your first cup of coffee out to the private balcony to kick back with a good book while the world wakes up around you.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Guest access

Check in at the front desk in the Lodge at Steamboat's main building (Building A, first structure on your left as you enter the property). Park in the 15-minute check-in area and head inside - the desk is accessible around the left side of the deck, up the stairs, and through the door on the right.

Front desk hours are 8am-8pm in summer and 7am-10pm in winter (MST). Call the front desk during those hours with any questions.

For after-hours check-in, the front desk will contact you with lockbox information. If you need assistance outside regular hours, call Strong Arm Security.

You'll receive a key card for unit and property access at the front desk.

Other things to note

The Lodge features a heated pool and hot tubs, open 10am-10pm daily (hours and availability may vary seasonally). All facilities are first-come, first-served.

Public laundry with quarter or app-operated machines is available on the property - contact the front desk if you have questions.
