The space

The Lodge at Steamboat B305 is a completely remodeled condo located on the top floor of a premium resort just one block from the Steamboat mountain base with hot tubs right outside the door, sure to make your next mountain vacation a memorable one!

The kitchen has open space, high-end appliances, and beautiful countertops. The living area boasts soaring ceilings, a warming gas fireplace, and comfortable furnishings. And you'll love stepping out onto one of two private balconies to enjoy the views, dine outdoors, or just enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and access to a balcony. And there is a sofa bed in the living area, so everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during your stay!

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat is just one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, and free WiFi! There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Guest access

Check in at The Lodge at Steamboat Front Desk, located in the first building on your left as you enter the property at 2700 Village Drive. Park in the 15-minute check-in area and head inside; the front desk entrance is around the left side of the deck up the stairs, on the right.

Front desk hours are 8am-8pm in summer and 7am-10pm in winter (MST). Call the front desk if you have questions during these hours.

You'll use a key card to access the property and your unit. The front desk will issue your keys when you arrive.

For after-hours check-in, the front desk will contact you before closing with lockbox information. If you need assistance after hours, call Strong Arm Security.

Other things to note

The property features a pool and hot tubs open 10am-10pm daily (hours and availability may vary seasonally). Both operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

The front desk can help arrange early check-in or late checkout (may be available for a fee), provide local activity recommendations, and refer you to grocery delivery services.
