Chalet Village Community Pool — Your stay includes access to Chalet Village Owners Club amenities, with community pools and clubhouse facilities at three locations: Upper Alpine, North Clubhouse, and South Baden Clubhouse.

Self Check-In: Enjoy a seamless and contactless arrival with our smart lock. Your unique access code will be sent on the morning of your check-in day.

Please note that a small supply closet and the crawl space are locked for owner use and are not accessible to guests.

Chalet Village Access Cards: Pool and facility passes are arranged through the property manager — look for details in your welcome message after booking. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet, per stay. Full details are in the house rules and rental agreement.

Wildlife: The cabin sits in a wooded area, so you may encounter raccoons, bears, or insects. Regular pest control is performed, but please be mindful that you're in nature.

Security: Exterior surveillance cameras monitor the cabin's entrances for guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Septic System: The cabin operates on a sensitive septic system — please flush only toilet paper.

Starter Supplies: We provide essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap to get you settled. Longer stays may require a quick run to nearby stores.

Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.
