After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete the background check — it only takes a few minutes!

You’ll need a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) to complete the process.

For any additional guests staying overnight, we will also kindly require a clear photo of their valid government-issued ID.

No personal information is stored on our end. Your privacy and security are always respected.

⏳ Please complete this step promptly after booking to avoid any delays with your check-in. Check-in instructions cannot be released until this step is fully completed for both the primary guest and any additional overnight guests.

📌 A few important notes

✅ Passing the check: This is a simple formality — our guests have never had any issues!

❌ Failed check: In the rare case of a failed check, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided, as long as you cancel on your end.

🚫 Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.
