The space

Located right on the beach, this spacious one bedroom two bath condo has breathtaking Gulf views, updated floors and appliances and sleeps six. Decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel, the unit has a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with shower/tub; two bunk beds in a hallway alcove, a 2nd bathroom with shower, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa. Being on the 17th floor means you have fabulous unobstructed views of the Gulf for miles!

We've equipped the bathrooms with new fluffy white towels and high end eco-friendly toiletries, including lotion. All mattresses are fully encased in bed bug proof covers.

In addition to a coffee maker, blender and toaster, the kitchen has all the basics you need to whip up family favorite recipes or a romantic dinner on the balcony. The living room is a great place to entertain with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over a cup a coffee or watch it set with a glass of wine while listening to the soothing ocean waves.

Plus, you'll have access to all of Pelican Beach Resort's numerous amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, workout facilities, tiki bar, coin operated laundry facilities on each floor, and the private white sand beach!

Other things to note

Pelican beach resort is a smoke-free environment.

Three adult size beach chairs are stored in the condo and are available for the use of our guests. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor located on the beach in front of the resort.

We have a combo coffee maker that can brew a full carafe of coffee and single-serve K cup pods coffee.

Pelican Beach Resort 1 bedroom condos don't have washer/dryer inside the condos. There are coin operated laundry facilities on each floor.

We provide bath towels and washcloths, but not beach towels. Please remember to bring your own.
