The space

Cleanliness of our condos has always been our priority, and during this time we pay extra attention to sanitation. We follow the CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines as well as guidelines provided by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for facilities governed under Chapter 509, F.S..

Enjoy your stay assured that your condo is clean and sanitized. We also recommend our guests to follow Florida Health COVID-19 preventative measures, and do not travel if they feel sick.

This fully renovated spacious one bedroom, two bathroom Gulf and beach front unit has spectacular direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to the king size bed in the bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Full renovation was completed in 2018. Cleanliness and up-keep is a very high priority, any appliance or furniture that needs service immediately gets serviced or replaced.

Decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new furniture and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6.

All the beds have brand new high quality cool-gel foam mattresses with triple layers of protections for better hygiene. We hire top-cleaning company in Destin, and they are immediately available if guests have any concerns. This is a family operated unit, we provide our contact number to our guests so that we can respond to any questions or urgent issues immediately.

All the furniture is brand new. Big screen smart TVs in living room and in master. Super high speed wifi is provided to our guests free of charge.

This unit is ideally located on the 9th floor, on a corner, giving our guests unobstructed panoramic views of the white sand beach and emerald blue gulf.

You will have full access to all of Seascape Resort amenities, like hiking paths along private lake, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, a spacious covered parking lot, tennis courts, state of the art work-out facilities, golf, restaurants and shopping. The resort is also walking distance to beautiful restaurants right by the beach, shopping, and hiking trail.

It's the ideal location for a beach vacation. Majestic Sun is right by the beach, 21 miles to the VPS airport, is about 6 miles to the famous Scenic Highway 30A , less then 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlet mall and close to many popular spots like Baytowne Wharf, Destin Harbor and Crab Island.
