Welcome to White sand beaches! We have put great effort to make it a welcoming and inviting space for you to make your vacation stay special and yet feel like home! Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar beach- 5 min walking from the public beach access, 1 minute away from the new Alvin’s island beach store.restaurants, coffee shops, gas station in walking distance (less than 10 min). The Silver sands outlet mall is 5 minutes driving. It is renovated beautifully with high end touches

The space

The unit was just newly renovated . It has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen, upgraded with new appliances, quartzite counters and a large kitchen island, New furnishings and smart TVs with prepaid online services (Amazon video). The bedroom is a serene relaxing space for the end of the day with king size bed and memory foam mattress.

We supply the initial amount of courtesy toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags along with dishwasher and dish soap which is typically enough for 48 hours. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience enough for the whole stay.

We welcome only service animals or support animals. ALL pets must be on a leash, you must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste (preferably in the dumpster), no excessive barking, no pets left on patios or balconies while owner is away

Other things to note

Please feel home and treat and respect our place as if it’s your own. No parties and excessive noise. Quiet hours 10pm-7 am. No shoes please. It’s a non smoking property except for the balcony. Exterior camera installed for outside activities monitoring .
