The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a large dining area, and bar seating—perfect for hosting and gathering. Two king suites are also located on this level for convenience.

The upper level offers a relaxing lounge space with a wine and coffee bar, poker table, and panoramic mountain views. Two additional king suites provide private, spa-like retreats.

The lower level is designed for entertainment and fun, featuring a full game room, private theater, and gym. A bunk room makes this level perfect for families and groups traveling with kids.

• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced to respect neighbors and the community)
• Maximum Occupancy: 18 guests (must match reservation)
• No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Violations will result in a $500 fee
• Starter Supplies Provided:

We provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap). For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

• Sauna:

The property includes a glass-front sauna, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the mountain views.

• Weather & Travel:

We are unable to offer refunds for weather, road conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
During winter months, 4WD/AWD is recommended.

• Check-Out Policy:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved in writing.
Unauthorized late departures may result in a $100 fee per 30 minutes to avoid delays for incoming guests and cleaning teams.

• House Rules Reminder:

No parties or events. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Please respect the property and surrounding area. Guests will have full access to the entire property.
