Welcome to Caribe D-714, a bright & spacious 3BR/3BA luxury condo perfectly perched on the western tip of Perdido Key. With jaw-dropping Gulf & Pass views, floor-to-ceiling windows and a resort packed with all the fun, this is the ultimate beachfront vacation base for families, friends, and sun-seekers.

Relax in the open living area with a plush sectional, whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and step onto your oversized balcony to sip coffee at sunrise or cocktails at sunset. Every bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom for total privacy and comfort—plus, the primary suite offers direct balcony access and a spa-style soaking tub.

PARKING INFO

Reservation does NOT include any parking fees/passes. The Caribe HOA requires all guests to register and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA on-site on day of arrival. This is also how you pick-up your resort access key to check-in to condo.
Parking is for 2 total vehicles max and Parking Fee is PAID ON-SITE! Parking fees are not included in reservation total and decided by the building HOA. Current cost: $ 25 /per vehicle.

HOUSE RULES

• Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
• No pets allowed.
• Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
• No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
• Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.
• The Caribe Resort is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
