★ 4th Bedroom - King Bed on the Lower Level with 65” Roku TV, Dresser, closet, bar seating with 3 stools.
★ 5th Bedroom - Full bunk bed on the Upper Level of a separate building with 65” Roku, 4 theater seats, Skee-Ball, Slot machine, and Sofa
★ Common Space - Queen sleeper sofa on the Main Level with 65” Roku TV, dial-controlled gas fireplace, and Loveseat.

★ This property is located in the mountains. 4WD may be needed during snowy/icy conditions, but is not necessary during normal conditions.

Guests have access to the entire cabin!

Other things to note

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
• For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
• Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
• No RV or Trailer parking.
• Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood/charcoal. for the firepit and charcoal grill.
• There are BBQ Utensils for the guests to use during their stay.
• The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.
• The streaming services available on the property's Smart TVs require the guests' own personal login. Please Remember to log out upon checkout!
