• This home is a part of a complex.
• There is a shared hot tub.
• We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
• Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
• The drains are very sensitive. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
• Please note: The building is undergoing roof and window repairs on the entire building from August 31, 2026 through December 2026.
