Our PUBLIC Beach access is RARE. There is NO PARKING so it is always quieter than any other access points. All beach necessities provided. Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.

Guest access

Only private area is the garage. Cleaning crew supplies are located there.

Other things to note

I did not realize when we decided to rent Searenity what a wonderful experience it would be. I have met the most amazing people. I am so grateful to share this beautiful home and beach with others. I enjoy texting/talking with our guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions. My husband Don and I renovated every inch of this home ourselves with Love. We are so happy to share her. In the trough on console in the main room there are 3 notebooks. One is all about the beautiful beaches of 30A. Another is local attractions and the best happy hours and the third is all about the kitchen gadgets, sleep number beds, thermostat etc....There are picture books that shows Searenity before renovation... it shows all of the fish and mermaid Murals and the mermaid is still there ...under the tongue and groove looking out for our home. ENJOY! I love cats and I do cat rescue but please we can only host dogs with a maximum of two please.
