You have a private entrance and keyless entry. Your door code will be provided after your booking is confirmed. We provide starter amounts of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, guests are expected to restock these items.

Verification Portal

By booking, you agree to our rental terms, complete ID verification, and sign a lease agreement. A temporary hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit and released within 5 days of checkout, provided everything goes smoothly. Check-in details will be shared once verification is completed, and all documents (if applicable) are submitted.

Cleaning Fee

Mandatory cleanings are scheduled every three weeks to ensure the home stays comfortable and well-maintained during your stay. The cleaning fee will be applied accordingly. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.

Pet Policy

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area. If bringing a pet, they must be supervised at all times. We will not be responsible for any incidents involving pets within the pool area. There is a secure outdoor area for pets to freely roam outside on the other side of the home.

Non-Airbnb Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please note that a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of processing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
