Balsam Lodge B4 offers comfortable, ground-level living and easy mountain access in the welcoming Aspens community, creating a relaxed and affordable home base for exploring Jackson Hole. Thoughtfully designed for couples or small families, this end-unit condo combines convenience, privacy, and practical comfort in one of the valley’s most desirable residential settings.

Positioned on the ground floor, the home provides easy entry and a private patio where guests can enjoy morning coffee, unwind after a day of adventure, or simply take in the quiet, wooded surroundings that make this neighborhood so appealing.

While this condo doesn’t have air conditioning, the cool mountain air usually keeps things comfortable. For a little extra airflow, the bedroom has its own fan.

The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.

After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by Airbnb message. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

Important Policies

• Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas
• Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens
• Electric vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the parking lot outlets in the Aspens
• Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
• Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
• Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval

Guest access

Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors(if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage.

Other things to note

Firewood is not included with the rental. This unit, and other condos in the Aspens, does not have A/C. Parking is available for 2 cars.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **
