Teton Village is also home to a vibrant après-ski scene, with numerous dining options and live music at the world-famous Mangy Moose Saloon. Whether you're looking to relax or adventure, this well-appointed condo provides the perfect base to experience all that northwestern Wyoming has to offer.

After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by Airbnb message. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

Please Note: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round operational facility. Guests may experience occasional noise from avalanche control, or other resort infrastructure.

Important Policies

• Exterior video monitoring may be present at entrances or exterior living areas
• Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans, and RVs are restricted in the Granite Ridge neighborhood
• Pets are not permitted in rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation
• Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
• Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval

Guest access

Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage.

Other things to note

Parking is available for 2 cars--1 inside the garage and 1 in front of it. **Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans and RVs are not permitted in Granite Ridge, so please consult our reservationists for parking assistance. In winter, 4WD vehicles are recommended.
A starter supply of firewood is provided in winter. Please contact the managing office (RMRentals) to arrange king bed conversion for a fee, payment is required directly to management office.
