Important Policies

• Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas
• Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans, campers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens
• Electric vehicles may not be plugged into parking lot outlets in the Aspens
• Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation
• Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
• Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval

Guest access

Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage.

Other things to note

Firewood is not included with the rental. BBQ is Electric and is SUMMER ONLY- (propane grills are not allowed). Please contact the managing office (RMRentals) to arrange king bed conversion for a fee, payment is required directly to management office.
