• Two Master Bedrooms - Each include a king size bed and a 50" TCL Smart TV
• Two full bathrooms and two half baths
• Wet Bar - Includes cocktail & wine glasses, a cocktail mixing set, and an ice maker
• Game Room - Includes two vintage style arcade machines and a foosball table
• Movie Theater - Includes 6 theater style lounge chairs and a 75" TCL Smart TV with a soundbar

Second Level

• Two Twin Bedrooms - Each includes a bunk bed, as well as a standalone twin bed and a 43" TCL Smart TV
• Two Queen Bedrooms - Each Includes a queen bed and a 43" TCL Smart TV
• Two sets of washer and dryers
• Two full bathrooms

Carport

• The Salty Lounge - Includes outdoor bar, beautifully designed mural, high top table seating, and a 50" Sylvox Outdoor TV
• Eight-person hot tub
• Fully enclosed outdoor shower
• Ping pong table
• Fully stocked activity shed including bikes, pool floats, and more

• In ground pool (Can be both heated OR chilled for an additional fee)

• Free parking on premise
• Driveway can accommodate up to six cars
• DO NOT park under carport

Security Cameras

• The entire property is protected by Ring security cameras. We have the following cameras on the premises:

○ Driveway
○ Storage Shed x2
○ Backyard (Includes pool area)

• This is for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning and maintenance services, as well as monitoring inclement weather to safely store all non-permanent fixtures

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home minus the two owners closets on the upper level of the home, as well as the owner's shed located under the carport by the driveway.
