The space

Sandpiper Cove has 5 pools , two that are heated. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard are all on site as well as a 9 hole golf course (all free to guests)
The New Sand Flea (formally Ricks Sand Trap) Beach Bar/ restaurant w seating, full bar including yummy frozen drinks! Breakfast, lunch, snacks, seafood…all available! Order online from the beach and receive a text when your order is ready for pick up! There are also many local restaurants La Paz, Local Market and Bric a Brac (all walkable) SPC has everything you need to have a great time!
Don’t forget to visit the ridiculously delicious “Donut hole”too! We fell in love with Destin and know you will too!! Florida’s famous Louisiana Lagniappe ( waterfront/harbor) boasts a creole flair and is on site at Sandpiper Cove. Be sure to make a reservation it’s very popular and a must if visiting Destin!

8141 is a private studio villa with key pad smart lock entry. Very easy to use. 24 hour security that is happy to help

Other things to note

I want your stay to be a comfortable, pleasant and memorable experience. The condo is a large studio w murphy bed and a brand new queen sleep sofa w memory foam mattress. There is good sized beach wagon, cooler for the beach for guests during their stay. Someone is always close by to help assist you if needed during your stay.
