Seagrove Studio: bikes!

Seagrove Studio is a rare find just off 30A: a private in-law suite perfect for singles or a couple with kids. Rent just what you need without booking a large beach house. Now with two bikes!

The space

Please note that our house is professionally cleaned and disinfected and our linens professionally laundered between rentals. During this difficult time, we ask that you limit people on the property to fellow renters, delivery personnel and our caretakers. Let’s do everything we can to stay safe and healthy while enjoying the beach:)

Seagrove Studio is perfect for people who want a small place just steps away from the Gulf: Nightcap Street has its own beach access that is only 75 feet away. All you have to do to get to the beach is grab your stuff and walk across the street!

The house itself can accommodate up to 2 adults, with or without children. Due to the limited sleeping space, I ask that no more than 2 children share the sofa bed.

Inside the studio are a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, desk, sofa bed, queen bed, flat screen tv with cable (all movie channels included) , and bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. Control the HVAC unit via remote control to achieve your perfect and silent room temperature. The attached deck has a hammock, additional seating as well as a propane grill. WiFi is available throughout the property. The yard is fenced and there is a separate building with a washer and dryer. For your beach excursions, you will find beach chairs, towels, snorkels with masks, boogie boards, toys, Igloo cooler, and an umbrella in the closet.

Other things to note

Seagrove Studio is an in-law suite sharing property with Seagrove Beach House. As such, be mindful that you may be sharing the property with guests (and possibly their dogs) who are staying in the main house. The only shared area is the laundry room, so please be respectful of others' laundry. If you have any reservations about dogs that may be staying on the property, please inform the guests in the main house so that you can work out an arrangement that is agreeable to both parties.

Currently, there is construction going on in the neighborhood (typical of Seagrove and Seaside). Construction hours and tidiness are set by the city council and regulated by Code Enforcement.

One last note: all beaches in Seagrove and Seaside are protected by dunes and are accessible only by stairs. The closest flat entrance to the shore is Grayton Beach, a few miles west of Seagrove.
