The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped for light meals and easy prep, featuring a dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave—perfect for quick breakfasts before first chair or casual dinners after sunset.

• The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit.
• Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc., when booking these dates.
• Please note, as a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
• Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
• Kitchen features a double-burner countertop cooktop, which is stored inside a kitchen cupboard and available for guest use.
• Please note: Trifold floor mattresses can be provided upon request.
• There is no dishwasher at this property.
